2018 Community Launch
2018 was a big year for D’ARCY and we want to share with you all of our victories.
New Showhomes
We opened 10 new showhomes in D’ARCY this year. The first eight featured exclusive product types within Okotoks with rear detached garage single family and paired homes. Two additional front attached garage showhomes opened in the fall, offering pond backing homes with serene views.
Phase Two: More Options
Additional inventory on the northeast side of the pond was brought on in the fall across the existing home styles, and two new ones. The release of these lots allowed our builder partners to bring on villas by Morrison Homes and condo fee free townhomes by Partners Development Group. Continuing the Adventure in 2019
2018 was a year of firsts for D’ARCY but 2019 will continue to build on the adventure.
More Showhomes
In early spring, we will open townhome showhomes by Partners Development Group and villa showhomes by Morrison Homes. The condo fee free townhomes, also known as street towns, will come with a detached garage and the financial freedom from monthly condo fees. Morrison’s villas offer double front attached garages and back onto the D’Arcy Ranch Golf Club practice facility.
Amenities: Skating Rink & Fitness Park
As the communities grows, more amenities are available for residents to enjoy. Anthem United is proud to be adding a skating rink at the south end of D’ARCY, off Sandstone Drive. Home owners will also be able to get their heart rate pumping at the fitness park on the west side of the pond.

Launching D’ARCY last year was a huge achievement for Anthem United. We are excited to announce that we will continue building in the Town with our new community, Wedderburn.
