When she relocated from Spruce Grove in 2017, she had acquired a job in Calgary as an industrial purchasing agent but wanted a home in a smaller community; hence the choice to live in Okotoks.
She had a large, single-family home with a walkout basement, but a shift in her personal life caused her to think about moving. “I wanted to downsize to something more low maintenance,” Brodie says. Her work commute takes her out along Northridge Drive and twice a day she passes by Arrive at D’Arcy Blvd, by Partners Development Group, in the new D’Arcy community by Anthem United.

From Calgary: Take Highway 2 south, then Exit 222 south to Okotoks. From Highway 2A/Northridge Drive, turn right onto D’Arcy Boulevard and follow the signs.
